If I hear on the weather forecast today ride a bike is not possible, with 80-90% I normally stay indoor.But today it was the best idea to ride out side with the RVR It was great to to open the saison 2022, with group.

Last week we saw the crash with a spectator, this week an official take a very high risk to intervene on the last meters to the finish. the many point for a race is security. So .., it is very difficult to understand why people are doing this. LG

Today zwift teach me what it means to slow down. Zwift think today we can not go faster than 22 k. So, we spend a lot of power to slowdown. I think this is necessary in every live, to have a time to slow down.
